That is assuming Kongbo remains committed to UT. Which is iffy at best.
This staff usually is pretty good at having a plan B and C. Gonna be tested this cycle it appears
Go check out his thread. Doesn't sound committed at all"Iffy" at best? Based on what? A Bama offer? I'm assuming this is some sort of inferiority complex kicking in, which is surprising considering how well this staff has recruited the past two years.
NSD is still 2 months away. Things can change, and I'd rather the staff go after the best players even if that means you tell someone to look around in order to get the best's attention.

He stated to 247 earlier today he was rethinking his UT commitment, later in the interview he said he would sit down with family after all his visits and make his decision.
Sounds iffy to me. Softer that DCG if you ask me
It wasn't an official visit, at least not yet, "Man, Washington is close", Kongbo exclaimed on text earlier this morning, "It took us only an hour and a half."
Kongbo, who's the top juco in the country per 247 Sports and had committed to Tennessee, spoke to Realdawg.com following the visit as well
"It went great -- my dad really loved it and the fact that it's so close", Kongbo said, "The highlight was just sitting there watching film with Coach K. I have a real good relationship with him and he talked about where he'd put me and how he could use me on the defense. Also I really enjoyed talking to Coach Petersen today and finally meeting him. He's real passionate when he talks about football and life.
"I still plan on taking my official visit to Washington but we don't know for sure when."
So where does that leave this prior verbal to the Vols?
"This visit really made me think a lot -- I want to pause for awhile and it's been a whirlwind. Definitely, this trip made me think a lot about where I want to end up."
