The Daniels ship has sailed for a week or so.... It is strange that Brown has always been 50/50 and we don't have a backup... Not trying to be negative, but you have to questions things a bit and wonder what the staff is thinking on this DT whiff.... I know Brown and his family had to do what was best for them and I have no ill will towards them, but you just have to wonder with the way things stacked in our favor ( fresh rotation with young studs on the line, we get one of the best DC's in the country, we are trending up and had a great season and looking to have an even better one in '16, while AU stunk it up this season, got rid of another DC and downgraded, is trending down, the coach's seat is getting a bit warm, AND he tweets rocky top lyrics after the visit) how, why, and what pushed him away in that direction....? Now we can only hope Byrd tweets what we all want, Warrior comes aboard, Kongbo comes aboard, and maybe we salvage Dickerson and/or Moss....

Except for brown, it's how they show up at the last minute and all of a sudden they are contenders for elite players.

Yea it's some money involved.

They arent going to compete with the capital of corruption (bammer) by cruiting by the rules

It should leak tonight on Brown. So we'll know soon enough. He could be ours... and then it won't matter where these other guys go.

I think that even though the family has been very tight-lipped, some of this stuff trickles out. I have absolutely no insider information and I am still holding out hope. I guess that we will know in about 18 hours or so.

Think we're passing on Moss because we're in on several elite RBs for 2017, and we think we're set with the 3-4 we have this year, plus CFA. We could actually flip Williams and use him like we use Kamara, in the slot.

I am saying Vol too much smoke around him and the way he thinks highly of UT along with his mom. No insider info this time. Other than what I was told about how his visit went. Unless he played us we are in good shape here I believe.

With All JUCO's you are taking a chance... there's a reason they are JUCO.... Some turn into studs, others turn into duds, so you can't hang your hat... Shoot-- if we get Kongbo and he is truly 265, put him in our S&G and nutrition program for a year and he will easily be a 285lb nightmare up the middle....

Hope you're right. Warrior, Byrd, Brown and possibly Kongbo would be excellent-- all needs filled with solid talent.

Conflicting reports is the only consistent thing here. No one knows until 3 pm tomorrow. Until then, let's focus on getting Byrd.

Would they not have known they are in on several RBs for next year when they visited in home and had him OV last weekend?

IMO only thing that could have changed RB wise is Young's injury wasn't as bad as rumored.
