I think every insider hedged on this one. They all
said they heard good things about his visit, but none were willing to say he was a definite vol

I know this stuff happens, things change. But we had multiple guys spit out the same 4 names:

Warrior
Brown
Kongbo
Byrd

Give up who your sources are if you want folks to believe you, if not we can all make up whatever we want to.

It's not important to be believed. I'm only posting the info because I've seen multiple independent people saying the same thing. At first I thought Auburn just like everyone else, but in the past 2-3 days I've seen some VERY strong info that says he will pick UGA.

Well either way it looks like he's not coming here, so are we pushing Daniels or now going back to Dickerson and playing nice?

You guys need to stfu about Auburn possibly using $$$ to influence Brown and his family. He and his family have handled this entire process with immense integrity, and if he does choose Auburn it's because he along with his family made the decision that it was the right place for him. Please hold off on your moral judgements about a person you know nothing about only to make yourself feel somewhat better. You give yourself a bad name, and most importantly, make all of us VOL fans look like some dumba$$ hillbillies.

Best of luck Derrick, whatever you decision may be.

Did they pass around the offering plate at church so you would come here and post that? Good luck telling these people Auburn, of all schools, played this recruitment straight up. True or not that's still going to be said because Auburn.

From everything Brown has said, he really likes UT and would be happy as a Vol. But he has a strong relationship with Garner and he just met Shoop. It could come down to that.

Its not worth posting any more info really. Brown aint coming to Tennessee so it really doesnt matter where he ends up.

You know them?

If they get Kongbo, we're fine. Like Barnett and the chatter about Phillips, once Kongbo is on campus and adds 15-20lbs he'd be a prime candidate to slide inside at times as well on passing downs. Butch has taken 4 pure DTs in the last 2 classes. We'll still have all 4 for the 2017 season. Take 2-3 next year. We're fine.

First Auburn pulls in Kyle Davis. Now signs are pointing to Brown going there as well. It's hard to see a 5 star kid wanting to go there given the current situation without any outside influence.

Those sneaky Tiger$

Maybe the $ame booster$ that recruited Cam Newton are at it again. Ju$t a thought....

Some are going to believe that Auburn pays for every recruit. Its actually pretty silly. I am not saying that they arent giving $$$ but its ridiculous to think the only way a school gets a high profile recruit is to offer money.

Tennessee is a much a better program right now than Auburn. I know we've been able to still get good players even when Tennessee was down but Auburn always finds a way to steal highly touted recruits from us at the last minute. Right now Tennessee is the easy choice but I'm not the one making the decision.

I've given you a hard time in the past, but this is spot on.

Milton McGregor, the casino mogul, was the one linked to Cecil Newton.
Iam sure Lowder was involved some how also.Hes so bad that AU even tried to bar him at one time from being around the athletes. For AU to do that you gotta be pretty rotten.
