Fred Mauigoa is a name I had not heard who was solid. Looked good against all those big DTs.

I noticed that Greg Little dominated Janarius Robinson both reps and Rashan Gary is an absolute beast.

Kahlil has a family that eats, sleeps, and drinks football. His dad has access to an NFL training facility. His dad and uncle both have played for years at the highest level. Kahlil and his brother Jalen have been prepped for college football for a long time now. Just can't wait until 'baby' brother joins the fun. As for Brown, a year of strength and conditioning and he will be a stud. 5 stars get you into a major university. The ability a staff has in player development is what takes a kid the rest of the way. And I believe the Stripling/Lawson combo is one of the best in the country. I hope we land Brown to go with Tuttle and Kahlil.

I agree and understand that but I don't understand why the explanation here. Kahlil has those resources and he used them and it was shown in his tape at the opening. Kahlil> Brown and that's a fact jack. Brown will be a good player but as of now he needs some coaching for him to hit his next level and I hope he comes and gets some of that from the main man himself at UT.

Looked better in the "Final 5". I agree with those that think he needs a red shirt year and some quality coaching. Brown seems to muscle his opponents (and for good reason in high school because he's so much bigger and stronger than his opponents), but to rise to the next level he's going to have to work on technique

That Rakwan Davis looked the best to me. Who is he committed to?

That rep at the :44 mark was definitely Kahlil-esque....but you don't want to know who he's committed to. Hard to believe he's only a 247'composite 3 star. I'd expect a bump, although this guy deserves it more than the usual obligatory Bama bump.

From that clip, I was most impressed with Greg Little. It's hard to get a good gauge though because you don't see how they matchup against all the others. Limited sample size. Just looked him up. 5 star, committed to A&M a few weeks ago, #1 OL, #2 overall according to 247

Yea, Greg Little was the only O-Lineman that was dominant.

Good summary. Thanks

IIRC that game two years ago helped persuade some people, even though we lost. the atmosphere and their experience will be more important than winning imo. of course why not have both?

No, we need to win this year. Have come close the last two years but now is the time.

i agree, I am not discounting the value of a win. just saying that Butch and company can sell 100,000+ raving fans no matter the outcome of a single game. I think we need to show improvement on the year to continue the success. (win column)

Kid was at Auburn this past weekend.

Has he been to see us at all this summer?
