'16 GA OL E.J. Price

reminds me of Vol fans when drew richmond was "recruiting for ole miss on his visit" and they hated him, until he faxed in his LOI....

True but dawg fans took it to another level calling him a criminal. The other excuses are typical of any fan base but to try and destroy a young mans image is too far

It's amazing how the uga fans were literally and in print accusing him of being a thief, and now they love him!
I imagine he would be mortified if he was aware.

“He’s a beast,” said senior defensive tackle and Kentucky commit Kobe Smith. “He’s got long arms. He’s got a little bit of strength and he’s got good technique.”

Dyer said that for a player of Price’s size, he moves very well. The senior could line up at either tackle or guard for the Tigers as they look for their best five lineman.

“He’s extremely strong and athletic for a big man,” Dyer said. “He’s learning our system so each day is a little better, as far as learning responsibilities and growing within the team. So, we expect him to have a very, very positive year for us."

Per Hubbs

E.J. Price, Marcus Tatum and John Simpson continue to be the most realistic shots along the offensive line. Florida is currently the leader for Tatum but there's some optimism that the Vols could surge there this fall.

I thought he certainly looks the part. EJ moves really well for a guy 320. He doesn't seem to have a mean streak and didn't finish many blocks. I think he played guard for Archer but they run a lot of pulling guard runs so maybe that's why. Archer pretty well dominated Peachtree. The score did not indicate it because Peachtree stood no chance with their star as banged up.

He lined up at Left Guard for most of the game. He definitely looked huge out there compared to the others on the field.

Agreed, regarding the mean streak. All those pull plays, he was first through the line but never found anyone to hit. Very strange. Was as if each play would have had the exact same outcome if he hadn't even been on the field.

Still want. Film is great. Has all the equipment to succeed at the next level as a OT. Top recruit left on the board for UT, in my opinion. We really need some more tackle bodies.

Me too, and seems like we have a good shot. Is why I was a bit disappointed in his play in that game.

Per Woody Womack on E.J.

He has a unique home situation so I'm not really sure who has the most influence at this point. I know he's originally from Michigan so I think they're the dark horse. I know he really liked his last visit to Tennessee, though, so they might have some momentum as well.

We are looking pretty good here as of right now. I can confirm uga is no longer in the picture here as well so we will need to fend off others.
