Is Callaway the top WR recruit now? I assume that if he wants to commit, it will be accepted? I suspect Victor wanted to commit during his visit and was told he would have to wait. So he committed to OSU. I think everything is waiting for Callaway.

This is an optimistic POV, I can't imagine too many WRs banging down our doors given our passing offense the last few years.

Unless I see some undeniable proof, there is no way I am believing Butch "passed" on Victor.
