But, there's still work to be done at offensive line and wide receiver. Mykel Jones released a top four on Thursday and it included the Vols, along with Alabama, Ole Miss and LSU. Look for Tennessee to receive an official visit there.

Just caught up with Rivals100 wide receiver Mykel Jones and he just came out with his top four in the last couple of days. In order it's:

Alabama
Tennessee
Ole Miss
LSU

He said he will be watching each team closely this fall and plans to take some official visits before making his decision. That should include an official visit to Tennessee for when the Vols take on Oklahoma. His aim is to be in Knoxville that weekend for his OV.

Looks like if we have a big season this fall, we'll have elite prospects fighting over themselves to join us.

Robert Gillespie has been in and out of Louisiana and Mississippi this week, meeting with several including D'Andre Christmas-Giles on Wednesday night. He also checked in with Mykel Jones in Southern Louisiana. Jones will make an official visit to Tennessee in January. Alabama still remains the team to beat from what we understand, with the Vols and Ole Miss close behind.

January is setting up to be a very busy and wild month for the Vols as new names come on the board.

The first weekend, Jan. 15-17, looks like there should be a good amount of visitors with new names like Bailey and defensive back Arkeem Byrd making their way to campus along with Louisiana wide receiver Mykel Jones.

I think we get this guy. Alabama and lsu seem to be done with receiver while we are looking for one more dynamic slot receiver like mykel

Completely depends on what happens the weekend before with hardman, Richards, and callaway coming in. Jones will visit regardless but those last couple wr spots will be very interesting to watch the last 2 weeks of January.

For sure. I'm hoping for Richards out of the 4. I've given up on hardman
