Yeah, I never really got that...I'm thinking that if you have daily access to the actual players and occasionally coaches, your insider status is probably not lacking.

Notorious RPP has contact with staff, so I guess I'll agree that he has inside connections. But I talk to them too and I just don't think of myself that way.

"Insider" to me is someone who is actually involved in recruiting directly and there's zero guess work or ambiguity involved (ie "Hunter Johnson WILL commit tomorrow" vs "I feel good about Hunter Johnson").

Hopefully that makes sense. Again, not knocking anyone.
