I hope so. I know this will most likely seem crazy, but in the playing time he got vs. Western Carolina he played VERY well. Yes, I know it was in pretty much garbage time vs. an FCS team, but I was much more impressed with him than Evan Berry.

He's better than Evan IMO as well. Evan should get moved to RB. He has great athleticism but I don't think he has the insticts to play safety.

Strong safety should be a battle between Stephen Griffin and hopefully Nigel Warrior.

He was supposed to be an impact slot guy. Couldn't get on the field. Battled injuries and couldn't unseat Pig Howard. We could probably start reading tea leaves on Azzani's relationships with individuals on the receiving corps. Some swear by him...the rest transfer.

i always wondered what his knee issues were. Media and coaches always made it out to be one that limits how much he can do. I will be interested to see if he does anything at AZ St. I thought he was going to be special when we signed him but that was before whatever knee problems he supposedly had.

The number of WR injuries we've had are amazing, and none of them have happened in games.

He was hurt in high school a lot also. Missed parts of seasons iirc...looked electric in his highlights. I was excited when he committed.

Attrition happens at every school. If Ohio States roster had been in the same shape as UT's when ole heart problem had first gotten there, I guarantee you would've seen the exact same scenario play out. So you can get off your holier than thou kick and remember whose board you frequent.

Man I am drawing a complete blank...who is this Jenkins you guys are talking about that couldn't beat out Pig and transferred???
