Let's get our facts straight and end this pissing match so we can read Bartow and Steve updates.

- Jarrett was set to commit to Ohio State in February.

- He back out after finding out Torrance Gibson was recruited as a QB.

- Torrance Gibson has a lot of hype and buzz surrounding compared to UT QB's.

- J.T Barrett will still be on campus for 2 years while JG would be.

- JG wants to start from Day 1.

- Tennessee QB's up to this point are unproven.

Clearly JG backed off committing to OSU, because of depth.

It's not like we have four 4 star recruits when he shows up. Is the depth at OSU better than UT? Maybe but honestly the only place TG could succeed is OSU with the QB Guru CUM. I'm not concerned because the salt from OSU fans feeds the hate.

good chance that in a yr or two UT has a qb embarrassment of riches like OSU. Your gonna have Dobbs, Dormady, Jones, Jennings and JG all at once. Obviously they wont all stay and Dobbs will be a senior but still thats a ton of QB talent. I think Dormady is very talented. He has big time arm talent and pretty decent wheels. JG is special and Jones is kind of the x factor. SJ doesnt lack for confidence thats for sure.

No. 1 Recruit Rashan Gary Adds UT to SEC Visit Tour

Gary aims to spend time at Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss and Tennessee. He admits the conference's track record is appealing to him.

"It's grown-man football down there, and these teams have had a lot of defensive players reach the next level," Gary said. "I've been interested in the SEC since those schools started offering me early."

Fellow New Jersey star and recent Tennessee commit Jarrett Guarantano has encouraged him to visit the Volunteers.

"I'm trying to go to Tennessee with Jarrett and a couple other guys," he said. "A lot of guys are trying to get me to go places, but that's one that stands out a bit."

The depth at OSU is insane tbh. 5 4 stars or better who all have great film. But it's a moot point. JG is our guy and he's recruiting for the good guys. I'm so happy to see an early commit QB who's super excited to recruit for his team. TK and McKenzie were great recruiters but I love the leader of our team recruiting for us. Feels good man

Was this young man at The Opening last year? I thought I saw a DL Rashan Gary during the OL / DL one on ones. Is that the same one or am I mis-remembering?

No doubt.. I watched the video again and there was a couple of reps where Cowart (I think) was blockable...

It was against Richmond... :)
