PW: Tennessee is #1 on my list. Ole Miss, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi State all interest me. I have my first unofficial visit at Tennessee coming up April 20th. I look forward to seeing the Byrum family there.

I was commenting in jest to some extent. I'm sure it does have to do with religious matters. Plus, in his lifetime, Tim Tebow has probably been the most prolific college player.

I think it's more because of his off the field stuff than it is Tebow and his playing time at UF. I think it's hard to argue that Tebow is a decent role model for kids off the field. Of course PW could have picked a VOL like Manning and it would be easier for us VOL fans to hear. :p

Ha my dad was asking me yesterday if I had heard of this kid. He works in lewisburg and interviewed his dad for a job. Said he is already 200 lbs in 8th grade, his dad said his son is dedicated and wants nothing but to play college football. I will be interested to see where ends up in a few years

If he's class of '16, he would not be in the 8th grade right now. Those kids are currently freshmen.

New totals from lift a thon last night >> bench 285 squat 425 (coach told him to stop there, didnt want injury) He has worked hard for a long time. I have been a Vol Fan all my life, and he was named after Manning. My first date with his mom was at the Citrus bowl against Ohio State. His goal is to play at Tennessee. If he is blessed enough to get an offer, it would be amazing. It is wierd seeing my son being discussed on a forum page. Have a good day guys. #gbo my twitter>>> @WilliamsVFL He has a long way to go and a lot to prove.(BTW, Tim Tebow special "The Chosen One" on ESPN inspired him when he was in 4th grade to work hard and be a good kid. If the staff feels he is an SEC caliber player, hope they let him know there will be a place for him in the '16 class when it rolls around. I'll take all the good pub we can get right now. '16 recruit does not matter to me if he bleeds Orange. Go ahead Peyton, declare your ALL VOL!!

That is a great post by his dad, I laughed at the tebow stuff, Peyton sending his autograph. I hope he ends up a baller and a Vol4Life. We're number 1 and we always like Peytons
