'16 TN WR Nate Johnson

You think that's fiction?

We landed a 5 star WR in 2014 and 2015. We were in the top 3 for another 5 star WR in 2016 before he committed to Auburn. And we already have a commitment from a soon to be 5 star WR in 2017.

If that is struggling, then lets keep struggling I'm perpetuity as we average one 5 star WR a year

Regardless, they don't do anything in our offense.

Surely this board isn't suggesting that the productivity of our 5star type talents at WR isn't going to be used against us?

Lolz at trying to claim a moral victory in RECRUITING.

Who lives 20 minutes from campus and would still be a Vol if Butch left tomorrow and UT hired me to replace him.

Your last sentence is dumber than almost anything you have ever posted. And that says alot.

Man, like a fly to sh*t, we can always count on you to rear your ugly little head when something negative happens.

According to those closer to the program(the VQ gang) than the guy I responded to is, yes it is a make believe statement. What's his source? How about your source?

No source=fiction.

Pretty stunning. Given where both programs are currently, I can't fathom the draw of Michigan over Tennessee for an instate kid. Especially with the incoming QB talent :dunno:

Dobbs stats are pretty much irrelevant to any of this years WR recruits anyway. They wouldn't be catching many passes from him anyway unless injuries are crazy again. Dan Lafevours{sp?}CMU stats are more indicative of this offenses potential. UM has no QBs coming or going as good as the ones we already have. Not to mention JG and HJ. This is a headscratcher, and MSG is an idiot.

I saw more sure touchdowns dropped this year than any before it. The way offense works, you can't just blame every incompletion on Dobbs accuracy.

The Georgia game the WRs were failing him in the first quarter bad. He fit some passes into windows that were NFL level throws and they dropped them. Not having his veteran WRs hurt him out there. Croom, North, and Howard not playing really made a mess of things.

I was simply countering the statement we are struggling to get big time WRs. If Tee Higgins doesn't count cause he's an instate kid then what about North and Preston. North was a near 5 star top 100 player on rivals and Preston was consensus 5 star before he got hurt.

I'll take that type of WR recruiting any day of the week.

As usual, you completely missed the point, and threw in a straw man for good measure. We're talking about this year, year 3, when our passing game actually took a step backward. You think Harbaugh, and the other coaches of the teams we're battling for the WRs we've targeted this cycle, aren't pointing to our poor passing game as reason why NOT to go to Tennessee this year? Do you really think this didn't happen yesterday in Michigan and everywhere else one of our WR targets visits?

Are you a real Sergeant Major? Because I know a couple who are Tennessee fans who would kick your ass for posting junk like that.
