This is far from over. As a Dawg, obviously I hope he goes to UGA, but he says he has no leaders, has said he likes UT and Auburn, said his coach doesn't care for Georgia...its still wide open.
Don't matter. If Eason is in, Barnett is going to be coming around, he's coming around, and he's sideways, coming around, and BAM! Right where the deodorant goes! Only word to describe it is vaporized!
The one weakness for UGA next year will be OL but not for long with Sam Pittman being there. If you can't keep the QB clean then it's a moot point how good he is. Also knowing Shoop, there will be more than just Barnett in the backfield.
Btw, same source is saying all the attention is going to Hollomans head. It would make sense, he was an unknown just 4 months ago. Hopefully his parents (who I hear are great) keep him grounded. Weird how WR is the position that has the most attention getters.
Passing offense yes
Gotcha. I think the first 2 years we didn't have the QB or oline for a legit passing attack. And I think until a QB comes in that can throw accurately consistently we won't see the passing attack advance. Butch's Cincy teams threw it around well if I'm not mistaken. Personally I don't care if we do or not as long we are running the ball the way we did last year.
Multiple 5* backs isn't something we've had very often. Will be tough to always have that kind of backfield.
True. The oline run blocking really took a leap last year too and I think we'll be an above average running team going forward no matter the RB. Having said that, when Dormady or Guarantano takes the job, I think we'll see a more consistent passing attack.
