"John and I are both just leaving Newton HS after meeting with both Henderson and Holloman.

First off, they both talked about wanting to play together and about being friends since they were young. Tennessee is the only team both of them have in their top three at this point. Holloman has Georgia, Tennessee and Auburn in his top group while Henderson has Tennessee, Virginia and LSU. Tennessee is the clear leader for Henderson at this point.

I think Holloman is very interested in all three schools he's talking to. He plans on visiting those schools this summer again.

They both said they don't have an official timetable, but they hinted it could come soon. They will be making an announcement together whenever they do something. But, they weren't ready to talk specifics."

Holloman had a great performance at the state track meet:

1st overall in triple jump (49' 5.5")
9th overall in high jump (6' 2", missed pointing off of one scratch)
3rd overall in the 4x400 relay (3:17.85, he was the third leg).

His school, Newton County, won the AAAAAA State Championship. He helped account for 18 of their 48 total points.
