East St Louis has an excellent program. I'd love to see us get this kid. Obviously Illinois and Louisville are much closer to home for him. I wish we could get a visit-might give him something to think about.

At least he'll get to experience what Miami's stadium is like on game day.

Hiyo!

His stock has to be rising after the day he's having. 2 catches 123yds 2TD's

Tyler Byrd had big game in UA game then ended up at UT, Jeff Thomas will follow that trend! Another shifty TD by this kid... Wow looks like Tavon Austin , Very Impressive

Sounded wide open after the game. Wouldn't name any favorites said he was not deciding till signing day.

If we're after some WR this late in recruiting season does that mean Byrd will get a shot at CB? Since we've struck out with the CBs we were after.

I would say if we was to get Thomas, it would be very possible Byrd moves to CB. Both are similar players at WR.

Kid says he is looking for "the love" and early playing time. This might be one of those recruits where an "annoying" Volnation might be a benefit.

Although the 5-foot-10, 167-pound Thomas did not say Louisville and Oregon were also in his top three, it certainly appears they are making the biggest runs at Thomas. He was offered by new Ducks coach Willie Taggart recently, and Louisville moved up on his list after its strong season.
"The No. 1 thing I am looking for is the love," Thomas told Bender. "Then, the playing time, and how well they do in graduating players."
