Holmes was a 1st-team all-state offensive lineman at Chipley HS in Chipley, FL in 2013. He redshirted at Hutchinson in 2014 and then had an impressive redshirt freshman season last year, racking up 44 tackles & 13.5 TFL including 8.5 sacks.

Chipley is the lowest class of Florida football. Town has like 5000 people.

Not sure. If he's been dismissed, why wouldn't they go ahead and announce that, especially with this lawsuit looming? It would show we continue to address these matters when they arise immediately.

Just saw this little tidbit from Rucker in his spring write-up on the DTs:

"Many in the program have told GoVols247 they expect Johnson to be cleared in the matter and back on the field before the start of the 2016 season, but we’re not going to assume that just yet."
