How are people figuring 250k cash deal? It's kind of hard to hide that much lucre, especially from the tax man.

How hard could it be? It's been going on for years and years and years...

So long as they dont buy a new house and the family/"bag man" is smart enough to hold most of it in separate account, not associated with the family name, then no one is the wiser...

Any stuff that they buy, minus the obvious things like cars and such, can simply be written off as gifts.

I'm thinking it's A LOT easier than you think to get away with large sums of money illegally...

Yeah, I grew up in Emory Valley and later on Hendrix Dr and then moved out west when I was 16 (nearly 20 years ago). I went to JMS and ORHS. Are you from there?

Haven't followed recruiting as closely this year as I normally do, but I believe this kid has been committed to Clemson for quite some time. Still, seeing the headline "Oak Ridge five star recruit signs with Clemson" feels really embarrassing. He isn't just in our back yard, he is inside the freakin' house...

Knowing it is going to happen and actually seeing it happen are two very different things.
