That's what I was thinking, that athletes were using these to commit the school to himself but it wasn't reciprocal. They did change the rule I think. But, yes, this is not officially signing. I was just speculating on what he signed to prompt the tweet.

It's a form of signing if you're going to be an EE.

It allows the school to use your name as well as unlimited contact.
 
Heard he might be rethinking his commitment. Maybe Hoke has something to do with it?
 
It's all LIES! Lol I was unaware that a recruit could not sign a LOI until NSD. I thought if a kid knew where he wanted to go he could sign as early as he wanted, but I also see how they could be a problem and kids could be exploited.
