There's a thread for it somewhere, but I'll leave this theory here. I think an OC/QB guru type will be hired (Helfrich would qualify) and will take over gameday play calling with input from CO-OC/OL coach DeBord. Depending on the individual strengths of the hire, DeBord may have more or less sway in the DESIGN of the plays and gameplan formulation. Both would drill it into the team during the week. I could see the strengths with the OL being more in tune with the skill players as a part of the attack. Just a theory.
