'17 TN RB Cordarrian Richardson (Clemson commit)

My man, you're the one freaking out using caps, insults, and expletives right now. Relax. Just because we may disagree doesn't mean "the world is ending"

oh and "rape culture."

Really? Is that a thing?

I guess you have been in prison because that's the only place that is a thing.

Not according to the media, and that's enough for many people, including parents of recruits

I don't think the parents of recruits like the idea of a lawsuit, rape culture, and the very serious Drae Bowles accusations against Butch Jones being thrown around one bit. You already know other coaches are using all of this as well against us. The entire month of February was Tennessee in the media being blasted. It certainly doesn't help. Now, we need a few months to go by with no new reports and stories coming out and we will be fine. The sky is not falling, but this is a bump in the road for the time being.

Let's see how many read this and completely ignore the your last 2 sentences

OK, Im done with the "woe is me" crowd. See you when the season starts.

We're just going to have to face the fact that back in 96 Peyton knew that the UT administration was going to sexually assault 5 women and make 3 of their friends watch. As long as Lil Jon is recording there's no way we sign Cordarrian Richardson.

No one ignored the last two sentences. No one has ignored any of the previous posts. I've read all of them. It seems to me that they have asked a simple question that none of you guys have/can answer.

Who?

Who has it affected? Not speculation on who you think it could possibly affect, but who has it affected?

Clemson is the color of the day. To a lot of these young men, they were the best team not named Alabama last year.

It's all over. Now they're telling the parents of recruits that we're not good and opposing fans don't like us anymore. I've been so busy visualizing reality, I haven't read the multiple solutions offered in this thread.

All this really confirms is that people aren't that bright. Drunken regret sex is and never will be rape regardless of how many feminazi wackos attempt to suggest otherwise. Not to mention there is link with a study of the most violent campuses in America. We are lower than most of our rivals in the SEC and other big time schools when it comes to rape or any other index 1 crime. Just goes to show how many people attach their opinion to a lie and ignore the truth.

You don't go from recruiting lights out like we have been to being the only team in the SEC without a commit. It clearly has had an impact. Specifically we will never know, but I'm sure it has had an effect. JMO

We have two commits...but numbers are so empty nowadays.

Cool story. We were without a recruit in this class before the story broke. Again, NSD is 11months away. Anyone acting as if the sky is falling at this point is in the same category as people who blindly follow the media.

In Hurd's class we had two 3 star commits at this point...like now but it had to have been different.

Why don't you?

CBJ can't change his recruiting strategy?

A year ago people were complaining about taking commits too soon, now we're not taking them quick enough?

people are just going to feed off of any negativity they can find. Truth is this class is exactly where it should be right now, 11 months out. But what about Bama, OSU and UGA? Well, what about the dozens of 4 and 5 star recruits we are now developing relationships with that do not care about a bs title IX lawsuit!

The new recruiting game is having the spots at the end of the race, one thing we struggled with last year because we had a limited class. This year we can wait for the big NSD booms and they will come.

Its all good if you tap the brakes on the hysterics is all I am saying.

They used to create fresh clean doomsday recruiting threads a little closer to the next NSD...now they pop out of recruits threads like the Alien. Kids have no sense of tradition with their PS4s and their ADHD cocktails.

earlier and earlier every year. I expect a "why is our '18 class so bad" thread any day now

What part of a bump in the road don't you guys understand? You think all of this being on major news websites and TV shows don't have any negative impact on the program, even at least temporarily?

Again... No one said the sky is falling, yet you and a few others keep repeating it. Instead of having a level headed argument you resort back to comments like that which doesn't add anything to a conversation.

THIS! 'Rape culture'... Really?

Unfortunately a very small percentage of evil ****s behave in this manner.. It is not indicative of a certain kind of culture.. Good grief, it reminds me of people who want to blame guns and alcohol for the stupid **** people do with them...

Let the sky fall. It's not like any of our recruits would get crushed.
