I guess this is why we didnt take a second tier dt in 16 class we are well positioned to land multiple elite dt's in 17

I think this is a good point. There are a lot of DTs in the 2016 class who I think would've been takes in 2013 and 2014. But now, not so much.

Hopefully we don't have to settle in 2017.

Underclassman Eval

STRENGTHS: Thick, muscular build. Flashes an explosive first step. Has the speed and motor to make plays in pursuit from the backside. Strong tackler who explodes on contact.

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: Can be pushed off the ball at times and needs to watch pad level.

BOTTOM LINE: Crosby is a prospect that fills many roles for his HS team, but we feel will fit best and develop as a DT at the college level. Prospect that displays some promising flashes and upside but needs to be more consistent in his play, which should come with focus on one position.

It is funny seeing DT/ATH. You are thinking "okay this guy is going to be play a little at tight end."

Nope, wingback, fullback, Qb, special teams demon, at wide receiver catching 50 yard bombs.

Seems very hesitant on the dline, though. I wonder if he was new to it last year.
