Except it's not a problem for anyone but you. We all know they report for ratings. We all know to take info concerning the decisions of 18 yr olds with a grain of salt.
We follow and anticipate for 1 reason and 1 reason only.. we enjoy it!

Which goes to the topic of closing things with Martinez. As Simonton pointed out, the key at this time is not selling the football program or the offense, it is the support structure available to Martinez since he will be so far away from home.

You could liken this to selling the mom on a school. When you have the support of the mother, you many times have half the battle won.

I think this is a good thing for us, as well. That is one of the biggest things recruits seem to talk about with Tennessee is the support system they have here. Academic support system with tutors to help you all the way through school. Our grade point average has increased tremendously since Butch and staff took over here! Plus, what staff can offer the Bob's advice about when it comes to NFL experience. How they will be evaluated in getting drafted? Where they will possibly go in the draft? What each player needs to do, etc? I realize other schools have some of this, but from an overall standpoint of obe of the best support systems in college football we have to be at or near the very top! Not saying for sure we get Martinez, but I feel pretty good about where we sit here! Vol!

I agree. We seem to get rave reviews in this area. If distance doesn't derail this thing we should be fine IMO.

He won't drag this out too far since he has the shoulder injury. It is always wise to grab your spot early when it hasn't been as long since people seen you throw.

Anyone that thinks the last several days in this thread was anything but people goofing off is a complete and total moron (spelled exactly the way I meant it). All you have to do is go back and look at the names of the people that started the whole thing and anyone (that is not an idiot) would quickly realize it was all done in jest. You know.....having fun, in a nonsensical manner, while passing time.

We've all read/heard about the VQ updates. If what people want is for no one to come on here unless there is actual news....I suppose that could be arranged, but my guess is the site would dry up pretty quickly. Part of what make VN so unique, as compared to other sites, is the fact that so many people spend so much time on here. Even when there is no news.

Bruin is just a troll who has made it one of his life goals to sh** on anything UT.
