All I’m saying is if the staff gets praise for finding Young who no one offered then is it plausible justttt plausible that they could find another diamond in the rough. Or nah young was a one time thing. Gotcha

Well on the bright side, the staff has a wide scope on their board just in case. This is obviously all Helton.

It’s been happening with everyone. Jordan blew up so every low ranked weak offered kid is a hidden gem who just didn’t camp.

See the safety we offered yesterday for example.

I get trying to be optimistic and trust the staff, but the hyping of everyone is fluff.

Wow, calling fellow VOL family members morons. Families stick together and up for each other in good n bad against outsiders, not tear down our own. Keep in my mind brother your getting all worked up over 17-18 y/o kids making decisions. These decisions change like the east Tennessee weather.

I do understand that, and yes Gucci is a great poster. All the more reason for him to not lose it and turn on errbody else. Let these things play out. We can be disappointed come Wednesday if things don't work out how WE'D like em to, but let's be disappointed as a "family" fan base n not tear down each other in the process.

I have no problem with taking this kid. I just recall a group of posters claiming that we were fishing in different waters now and argued the days of taking guys like this were over

I don’t get payed the big bucks but I wouldn’t reach if I were in their shoes. They get a mulligan in 2018. Seems wise to hold sholiies for 2019 and go big.

But I trust the coaches.

It probably will be going forward.... the coaches have shown that they won’t take anyone that they don’t fit with what they are trying to accomplish
