I’d rather just take BPA at another position than reach for a non-sec caliber player.

For those who don’t know, Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas is another football factory. Lots of good players there.

Do you have to take 25 or can you backcount?

Hoping for someone to clarify, but back counting is no longer allowed.

I think you can still take guys that meet the criteria as showing up in August and count towards next year. If all this is true, don't you pretty much have to fill up your max or just lose the scholly?

This is really surprising to me. For a while I thought they would steal a bunch of players. Things aren’t looking good now at all.

Gotta face the facts Bass..its easier that way...
When you strike out your turn is over until your next at bat....I dont know what these receivers are like but I have had enough of the board talk about tall receivers..most dont pan out..picking peanuts off defensive backs heads...lol...

All that matters is " can the kid get open "

Vol diehards need to quit making excuses and accept what is...

These coaches are some of the best I believe but this signing year was not to their advantage...
Still yet I think we will see a real transformation of the 2018 team

“He said he had his first conversation with Tennessee late in the week and that Tyson Helton called him today and offered.

Now obviously Tillman hasn't been here. Tillman said Tennessee is talking to him about taking a visit after signing day.

Tillman said he was going to visit with his coach on Monday and come up with a plan to see if he takes a visit or if he does he do something on Wednesday.”

“they offered today,” tillman confirmed to volquest.com. “i talked to them thursday or friday for the first time. I was shocked. It's so last minute. I wasn't expecting it but it's a blessing.”

“coach clay helton was at the school seeing one of their commitments, palaie gaoteote, and he told me that he really liked my film and my size,” tillman recalled. “he said if he couldn't make a place for me that he would do anything he could to help me, and that's basically how i got introduced to tennessee.”

the question now is what does tillman do? He has offers from unlv and hawaii. He admits he also had been exploring the possibility of even walking on somewhere after teams like utah called late last week. At this point, tillman doesn't know his next move. He hopes to figure that out on monday with some conversations with his coaches at bishop-gorman.

“right now, i'm going to talk to my coach about things. Tennessee wants me to come see them sometime after signing day,” said tillman, who has made multiple visits to mississippi to see family.

“i'm just a late bloomer,” tillman offered. “my sophomore year i got hurt. I shattered my forearm and needed two surgeries. So i miseed that year. My junior year, i didn't play a lot. We had a really good team and i was 6-foot, and 170-175 pounds. This year, i played at almost 6-4 and 205-pounds. I grew a lot between my junior and senior year. I also got faster.”
