Tennessee continues to trend with cornerback Jaycee Horn, who surprised many last week when he reconnected with Tennessee’s staff and started tweeting up a storm about the Vols. The Vols have quickly made hay ever since. Horn will not commit on Saturday as previously planned and will hold off an announcement until after visiting Tennessee on July 20 and Alabama on July 21. So is South Carolina out? It’s too early to say. While Horn has definite plans to trip to Tennessee and Bama next week, he’s apparently left open the door to also attend South Carolina’s camp on July 22. The Vols do have the opportunity to lockdown the Peach State corner, though, as Horn has grown close with several Tennessee commits and really likes Charlton Warren

I saw some film on him the other day, i believe it may have been from the opening? Anyway he looked extremely solid. Great feet, can close gaps in a hurry with his quickness and i saw 0 completions out of around 5 plays one on one. Great job using his hands right when the ball arrives too. Major need right here

I would prefer he takes all 3 visits and then commits to UT. That way there should be no lingering questions in his mind once he decides to be a Vol.
