It really doesn't matter how he did at the Opening if he can perform with the pads on. We talked about how a lot of guys look worse on defense because QBs have all day to throw, etc., in those WR/DB drills.

I hope Horn comes to Tennessee.

Exactly. Those types of camps are usually pointless. It doesn't define how good a certain player will be in college based off how they do at the Opening.

I'm sure the coaches don't care either.

D4H said he wasn't impressed with Horn, IDK that I've seen BB say anything on him. MAybe I'm mistaken.

I watched some of the tape of the Dbs vs WRs and honestly idk how you can make much out of that. Routes were so garbage, timing was way longer than most routes would be in a typical game. Blades and another kid jumped out at me but I don't remember anyone else looking stellar but it was so slighted to the offense that Idk that you can put much stock in it. A couple of the WRs actually did jump out with polished routes. Amon-Ra or whatever the hell his name was physically impressive for sure but some of the routes were meh. Just my two cents but I'm no expert.

BB has posted that he likes Horn iirc. Trust his evaluation over a kid that Googles HUDL films.

WHO DAT? Just saw a good picture of young Horn for the first time. Man he looks just like his dad! Lived in NOLA during papa Joe's heyday.

Yep, saw the cell phone in the Superdome on a Sunday night. Best line (and worst potential endorsement move) was on the Monday night call-in show. Saints' punter said on one fourth down he "out-kicked Joe's coverage."

Something happened that caused Horn to reevaluate his options. Still not sure what. Like I said right after OCD, intel said this was a 2-team race with USC and UT. Obviously, he eliminated the Vols for Bama less than a week later but I'm not sure how realistic an option the Tide are right now.
