I will be interested to see what actually happens, but I would be surprised if Horn announces today. I think he wants to get to Knoxville to watch the first practice and knows that after Monday, he can not visit at all through the month of August.

Yea it seems there hasn't been any actual new info on anyone else but Horn lately

I also believe he's by far the best CB on our board at this point, so everyone feels like we have to get him considering we missed on our other big name CB targets

Well...he's a 4* so....

A 6'0 CB that makes this DB, 2018 recruiting class from "pretty good" to "great". It means if UT gets him, Cam Jones, Carvin, Antonutti, Shocky and a beast DE is this class no matter how UT finishes they will be top 10 and maybe even close to top 5, in the 2018 recruiting class. His Dad is a former NFL superstar, which could be unbelievably good or a pain in the a$$. If nothing else, u get a write up saying UT got Joe Horn's son. But, most importantly he is a big-time recruit, that can ball and only will get better, at a position of need.
