Their HC is a DB coach. Plus Trob is a very well respected DB coach.

OUR HC played DB, then got his career really going by becoming a stud DB Coach. So I'm sure JP is just as good of a "DBs guy" as Muschamp.....if not possibly better. We shall see. I think Pruitt AND the staff he's put together is a better HC/Staff combo than anything Muschamp and his guys are capable of. I'd say Pruitt's floor for success would be comparable to Muschamp. AND thats at his worst. So he'll end up most likely being a more complete HC in the end. Hopefully we finally struck gold with a hire. They've not even coached a UT game yet, but I already see and feel that this could work, and we can end up actually good again, ha. Ya know, being ranked, and maybe really actually be in a race (with a good shot) for the East again. Atleast every other yr, give us a shot atleast! I have hope! Vols are finally trending upward again!
