Nah. Certain faction on VN blasts Swain any chance they get. Don't much get it.

So is the philosophy that he gets a free pass to say whatever he wants cause he played for the team? I wish I could say what ever I wanted about our country because I went to war multiple times. But that's not the way it works.

I don't much like throwing former Vols under the bus either but Swain hasn't been a great friend of the program the last few years.

Too slow for the NFL and wasn't drafted. Thinks he is owed something for his time at UT. Hasn't been given the red carpet treatment so he is butt hurt.

JMO.

In what way? He speaks his mind about both good and bad. I trust him infinitely more to tell the truth about what's going on with the program than I do Ainge, I'll tell you that. As a lifelong fan, I wanna know both, and I believe Swain gives us that. Jmo.

For one he ran with the CBJ punching Crowder incident that didn't happen.

I was really just trying to get clarification on what Nashvegas31 thought that Rucker might need to borrow from Swain, since I can't imagine that Rucker has any need for a jock strap in his current condition. I've never listened to Swain as radio reception is poor on the dark side of the moon, so really don't have any thoughts toward him one way or the other. We have recently gotten high speed internet up here and unfortunately I've stumbled upon Rucker and suffered through his miserable excuse for journalism.

I lost a lot of respect for him for a couple of reasons. One, he tends to spin things in a negative light even when there is evidence to the contrary. As an example, he claimed a couple of times when commitments were told to look around, he spun it as we were losing commits and the class was falling apart when everyone knew they were asked to move on.

Two, I thought he promoted punchgate as fact when it was all rumor.

I seldom listen to him because I think he has an agenda. JMO.

Goes with Wizard of Oz after the second lion roar. Member that? I do. Barely.

Yea, supposedly Wizard of Oz goes to color right when the song "Money" starts. Missed out on trying to synchronize it, in my experimental days.
