Well boy wonder that would make sense if Jimbo hadn’t tried to hire him again at A and M as well as Saban rehiring him at Alabama. Most head coaches don’t bring in assistants that are hard to get along with or cause friction; staff continuity is a top consideration for every staff. I would be more concerned with how Smart convinced two 5 star wide receivers to sign as “preferred walk-ons” in a running back dominated offense.

Yes the VOls have beaten us 2 out of 3, 2 out of 8 if we are just picking random numbers to compare. But the last one was 42-0 UGA's way in your house and the dogs were called off in the 3rd quarter. That will be a mild one compared to the next one. If we can somehow find a way to replace the 31 sr and 15 defensive starters lost this year. Expect a 50 to be put up on the Vols this year, another message to Pruitt, if he needs one after last signing day, he isn't welcome in Georgia. Oh he can have the ones we don't offer.

Funny how some Goof UGA fan would claim a victory on signing day. Who cares about stars except people that dont know football. Stars mean nothing in year 4 when you are sitting on the bench, not coached up and waiting on a combine invite that you're never gonna get!

im sure that defense will be awesome in 2018 without roquan, bellamy, carter, r. carter, parrish, davis, thompson, atkins, sanders. Maybe again in 2019 but not next yr.....gonna be about 3 steps down from that this yr just because the loss of all those guys. Thats just how it goes.You can get coached up and theres still going to be a drop off. But i know the dawg trolls on here wont admit that. Love to tell us what everyone else lacks but not them.


plus youre not going to go INJURY FREE every single year or hardly ever. Everything fell right last yr. Everything....Well except for 2nd and 26.

To be fair to Georgia, in 2014 and 2015; Pruitt was the DC, Sherrer was the OLB coach and Rocker was the DL coach. In 2016, Kirby and Tucker were working with Pruitt's recruits, and Rocker and Sherrer were still on staff. Georgia did a poor job of slowing down your offense all three of those years.

Georgia did play Alabama in 2017; and there's a decent chance Georgia will play them again in 2018.

I like to get input from other fan bases who are recruiting players that Georgia is also recruiting. I'm not a member of 247sports, so I don't get their "inside info", which isn't always right anyways. I prefer to get my info from other sources, and draw my own conclusions. I don't have a bias against information just because it doesn't come from a so called "Georgia Recruiting Analyst". The subscription recruiting sites are for profit businesses driven by clicks.

One thing you will never see me do is predict where a recruit will sign. I never did that with Walker. Just tried to make a point that Georgia wasn't out of it like some were saying; and backing it up with some reasons why I felt Georgia was still in it. I'm sure there are others out there that aren't biased against information, just because that info comes from someone whose favorite team is a team other than their favorite team. Wish there was a site where fans could share intel on recruits without all the bias. First rule would be all post that said a recruit was "All Dawg", or "All Vol" or "All (Insert Favorite Team)", would be deleted.
