TN will be at least 3 deep at QB until 2019 barring a transfer. When you have a talent like Lawrence on deck, you make way for him.

If someone transfers, then yeah, take a QB in '17.

Yep. Bird in the hand. Johnson is ours to lose right now. If Lawrence is scared off by Johnson, that's not the kind of QB we want anyway. But I don't see that being the case. IMO we land both. Pete Carrol lived off 5* QBs. We can too. There's no rule on how many you should have on roster.

Yeah can't do that. You take the guy that can be here first then worry about the guy the next yr. it's not going to matter. UGA has a top QB already for 2017. Every school that matters will take the best QB they can get every year. It's not really the best position for a freshman to start at and I think most kids get that

From what I read he was born in Kingsport, later moved to GA. Parents supposedly all Big Orange.
