And you are wrong. He has a fr qb ahead of him and Johnson as well. He will fit UTs offense under Helton much better, and can legitimately come in with a chance to start

Lawrence would kill it under this staff, perfect fit for his talents.

I don’t blame him one bit for not coming here under Butch. Terrible fit.

Trevor Lawrence just retweeted Cade Mays with these emojis... That could just be him telling Cade to consider coming to Clemson.

But it could also mean he’s reevaluating Clemson as his top choice. Maybe he wants to go where Cade is. If we can get Cade back, there might be a chance to get Lawrence to come with him.

I've said before that I am very close with several people that are friends with his parents. His dad was in my fraternity chapter at ETSU. Trevor grew up a UT fan. His mom is from the Tri-Cities.

That said, they absolutely LOVE Dabo and he will be enrolling at Clemson barring a MAJOR change of heart.

I really hope Bama kicks their arse. That is the team I hate the most. They have taken too many of our recruits. :hi:

Sad thing is Butch blew it. He was not a fit for our offense then, and isn’t Clemson’s. Now he will sit three years behind Bryant and then will have out beat out Johnson to see the field.

On top of that he’s perfect for Heltons offense, and honestly, could see the field as a fr. Especially with the new staff and his talent. What a waste and another cluster f due to butch
