Hubbs should have the inside scoop, but I don't see how Wiggins counts as an initial based on the wording of the rules. If grad transfers counted, it seems like schools would be very reluctant to take them unless they were no-brainer starters.

And if they were no-brainer starters, most would probably stay at their current school. Some would transfer but only for very specific educational needs I would think.

We've already signed 3. We only play with 3 at a time. Two of those were very highly rated. I'm not saying you turn away a top talent, but outside of bringing in 1 NG, it's not a need right now.

There are a possible 4 blue shirts being counted against Class 2018 which will reduce the number that can be signed to 21.

Every time I see this get mentioned the number keeps getting worse and worse. I thought it was only 2, now maybe 4.
