Well we are on this message board... what other insiders are you talking about (outside of media) and what are some things they were knowledgeable of?

Everyone struck out completely on the coaching search, AD hire and most signing day surprises the past several years!

Media members that actually do know people finally called out Haslam by name or at least called it as a power broker struggle of a party that has ruled Tennessee athletics for the last decade. Guys who are national to local and in between called it out.

Also, the reaction of the Schiano potential hire in Cleveland and the guy who got fired by going against it, speaking out and enlightening everyone on haslams opinion of Schiano.

The fact that other big time boosters pitched a revolt, per media not message board.

There's also that, together, adds up to Haslam pushing Schiano and it all blowing up in curries face for following that.

It's Game of Thrones ****, man. Crazy stuff.

Yeah I see all that and agree with you, I was just talking about the poster that come on here and claim to have inside info but can’t divulge a source or some other BS

You can get mad at them all you want, some is warranted, but all who 'bought into' said BS share a fair amount of the blame also...

Good question. The previous staff really liked Locklear at C. I don't see any other returning linemen on the roster who seem like a natural fit.
