It's in Ron's first story quoted

" Johnson said he has also been doing coach Fitzgerald's strength workout plan as much as he can. He has been limited with it some because he hasn't always had someone to spot him in the weight room."

Gotcha. I wouldn't worry about that too much. As long as he is doing some things. Prob better if he doing big weights that require spotter under our supervision anyway.

I especially like the part where Bruin would rather the kid lift dangerous amounts of weight without a spotter in order to make sure he follows the workout plan to the letter, even if he gets hurt doing it. That was my favorite.

Since you like to read between the lines and impose yer interpretation on quotes let's take a look at yer original post on the matter and pick it apart.

Disappointed he hasn't been doing his workouts that were sent to him as prescribed

Here it appears you are implying that he is lazy and a disappointment for not completely doing all the workouts they gave him. Even though he gave a pretty reasonable reason for not being able to do some while still doing most of them. And from reading the quotes it sounds like he was the only person in the gym working out a lot of the time. Sounds pretty dedicated to me. So he needs to get a workout partner is not all you said. And telling someone else their reading sucks when all evidence points to yer reading being less than excellent is maybe a bad idea. If you don't want to be accused of be a troll, think about how you word things before posting. Because if you didn't realize yer post would get this response you may not be as smart as you think. And if you did realize it, you may be a troll. Either way though, yer post was by all accounts, wrong.

There is exactly ZERO doubt that he is an antagonistic troll.

Since you keep posting I will
Keep making this clear

I am disappointed the kid doesn't have the initiative to get a workout partner so he can do as the coaches have asked of him. He's underweight and undertrained. I sympathize with his being underweight but I have zero sympathy for him not following his workout.

Now hopefully it's only a few times he hasn't completed his obligation to the S&C program. If so it's not a big deal but if it's something happening regularly he is falling behind and that's on him.

Seems like somebody doesn't like it when you interpret their quotes. Even when their quotes are interpreting someone else's quotes. :lolabove:

Haha probably. I was just giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe instead of being a troll, he just wasn't very smart. :)

It's seems to me I am the only one here smart enough to understand the Entire workout plan is important. You see if only certain parts of the body is trained then injuries are much more likely because other parts are weak.

It also seems I am only one smart enough to know that a coaches response would be to "get a freaking workout partner" so this trend doesn't continue and he falls further behind in training

But that's ok I fully understand that VN isn't going to say anything negative about any player or coach at this stage. It's just the biased way and I get it.
