'18 PA JUCO OL Jahmir Johnson (UT signee)

Getting the JUCO olinemen and them playing well could be the diiference between 6 or 8 wins next year IMO.

I believe the difference will be how hard it is to break old habits and develop new (winning) habits. We have some good talent just gettin that talent to reach its full potential in unison as a team will be the winning difference IMO.

Just don't get why he didn't sign last week. It's been clear all along he was a Vol.

He visited Mizzou recently I think. Probably just wanted to make sure he was making the right choice (obviously we know what's best ha).

I got to be honest.... he looks little here (for a SEC OT)

I think he's listed as only 290. He will need to gain a good 20-30 lbs this spring and summer.

6’5, long arms, very athletic. Add 20-25lbs to his already 290 lb frame and he’ll be good to go imo.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but do you have some examples?

Former 5 star JUCO OL Dontavious Blair quickly comes to mind. Previous staff really struggled having success with JUCOs they brought in. Only Kamara and Pearson ever really panned out during their tenure, and of course, they completely mis-managed AK. I trust Pruitt to both evaluate and develop football players much better. Hope my trust is well placed.

Yep and Kamara was already a great back then you add in Gillespie coaching him up. We never used Kamara properly or enough. Kentucky 2016 was probably the best example of what he could do.

Owen Williams was pretty solid.

Weatherd was another one misused during his time here.
