I gotta say I am thoroughly impressed with this Texas defense. I knew they were good whenever they held Alabama to 20 points but they are showing out tonight. TCU has consistently started in Texas territory and they are all over these short passes.

I gotta say I am thoroughly impressed with this Texas defense. I knew they were good whenever they held Alabama to 20 points but they are showing out tonight. TCU has consistently started in Texas territory and they are all over these short passes.

They might hold us for a half, but they’d get gassed by our offense.

Meanwhile our second string d would have no problem with their offense

Imagine TCU playing Bama, UGA, and LSU like we have. Would be a bloodbath. Hell, even Florida could beat them.

The playoffs would be embarrassing if they got in.

If they’re in it’s gonna take about 4 minutes into the first quarter before all the sports writers start talking about the playoff system and why it needs to improve blah blah blah and getting the best teams in versus best records blah blah blah.
