'18 TN OL Jerome Carvin (UT signee)

Chad i was there the wk before when Carvin wasn't there then was shown. Then he camped the following wk and was told he's a priority guy. My track track record is proven when discussing recruits. I hv no personal feelings involved like many of yawl. When the season starts I'll be in the VFL corner watching in Neyland with all access on field. I know what team I root for but i also know the truth and I'm not afraid to express that. Jacket you're a funny guy, and i love the envy you display all because you can't deal with the little brother having 1 more than us aka UT even when you wanted to include EB. Its ok man I know kids like Joejuan and Justin Martin will mk it and add to those numbers. All I care about is to see all these kids reach a life ling dream and help them get to the best situation to attain their goal to take care if their families.

I feel ya man. Don't you think they put Carvin's name number 1 because they knew you'd run with it?

No doubt in my mind and a smart tactic by them.

Why, for the love of all that is holy, is anyone bringing back the who has the most DBs in the NFL discussion again in the thread for an offensive lineman? Oh wait....it is VN.

Meh, I think you can take or leave what De1 brings. I think arguing and piling onto a poster in a kid's thread is a bad look to our fan base.

I have no idea where De1 gets his info, don't really care, but I can respect him enough to ignore his opinions if I don't agree with them.

As far as Carvin, I'll go with the actions of Bamas coaching staff to tell me what they think of him. Words are generally meaningless in recruing; you have kids and coaches telling bs to reporters to make themselves or their teams look a certain way and be cast in the best light. The actions these kids and coaches take show what they're doing much more than their words do.

How's that 30 pieces of silver spend?

If it were your kid would you want someone steering him to their favorite school or someone steering him to the best fit for him? If I were steering kids somewhere of course UT would get highest consideration and I would try to let the staff show the kid what they could do for them but at the end of the day you put the kids best interest first.

Just my two cents which is a whole lot less than 30 pieces of silver.

If you practically draped yourself in Bama velvet and paraded your kids in front of your Saban shrine, I'd doubt your sincerity. :)

Exactly..and if I was Saban, and had unlimited resources, and no chance at all of ever being caught cheating, and a underdeveloped, Belichek like sense of fair play and ethics, I would be pumping cash into guys like the barber and NPA even more so than trash like Byron D. They are total mercs.

Bama does do a good job putting kids in the league. Now Tennessee did a great job of doing that as well last year. I think a few more years of that and more kids are going to get interested in Tennessee and a lot more kids will be steering towards Tennessee as well.

There's about to be a situation where Tennessee can just raid Georgia if Smart sucks like I believe he will.

Pruitt is more the scumbag associated with Devinner.

I dare you to issue an anti-Saban comment on this Vols board. The Mad Barber will smite thee with much misspelled word and angry run-on sentence! There's no balance to the lil goober...so we have fun with him. This is all a reaction towards what he posts on this board. I don't question what he does with young athletes. But when he reveals his slanted agenda on a message board...he gets a response.

Yes..he he will verbally smite thee with fierce anger, and pour out his righteous indignation upon those who dare to impugn Saint Dwarf and King Scurvyurby...and with extremely bad grammar.

I think people just assume someone isn't a take for bama because they don't commit on spot. Maybe people are over the same ole thing. Maybe Butch and Wells just that good at recruiting. Bama isn't for everyone just because they want you

This. Some kids want to play early and not wait 2 or 3 years in the Bama factory to get playing time.

Our depth is right there with Bama. If we win this, it wasn't because of playing time

If he is playing T it's not crazy deep with Smith playing RG. Kendrick will be gone. that will leave Hall, Tatum, Brooks , Colbert and Neuhaus at T. Cade is prob a G but could play T. Hall doesn't seem to be in best of health. Tatum and Colbert have very high upside. Brooks and Neuhaus are unknown
