'18 TN QB/WR Alontae Taylor (UT commit 6/18/16)

Lol at someone who can't write a coherent sentence in English telling someone their comprehension isn't good.

Thanks. fixed. Why I hate auto complete on a phone.

The opening is live on Facebook. Fields is dominating, but Taylor wasn't targeted at all in the first half. He's been open tho. Fields missed him badly once as he was all alone in the end zone and Fields didn't see him

I saw some video from the Opening of Alontae vs Cook (5* from Texas). On the 1st rep Cook mugged him, basically tore his shirt off, then acted like he really covered him well. Next rep, Alontae took him deep, beat him, but dropped the ball (hit him in the hands). He has the potential to be really good for us. Runs good routes for a QB turned WR.

"I thought he had his moments, for sure," Simmons said. "You mentioned the long catch, that was a big one. He was, I thought, solid. I still think he's not a natural receiver yet. I don't think he's a natural pass-catcher yet. He's not effortless catching the football, but what I like about him is he's explosive and he's twitchy and he likes to compete."

He played on the championship team and was part of that run, so I do think that experience was really good for him, to get out there and play receiver against the best DBs in the country and kind of hone that craft. Because I think if he can continue to improve at receiver and continue to sort of develop more of a mastery of the position, he's got a chance to be a really good player."

Doesn't sound like he's going to get a bump. He went on to say that what they thought of him coming in ia pretty much what they saw.

Well, Jauan isn't a natural WR either. Give me dogs.
