Both players are Doug Martin ish. That's okay NFL RB in my book. Not Adrian Peterson/Ezekiel Elliott elite.

The only elite NFL RB in college right now is Penn State's Saquon Barkley. Now that kid is SPECIAL. Best RB I've seen since Adrian Peterson as a freshmen in Oklahoma. He's currently my #1 overall prospect in the 2018 class.

Here's my current top 5:

1. RB Saquon Barkley (Penn State)
2. S Derwin James (Florida State)
3. WR Antonio Callaway (Florida)
4. DE Arden Key (LSU)
5. QB Sam Darnold (USC)

This draft is really good at the very top.

No. I'm impartial in my evaluations regardless of the school. Just read anything I've had to say about Derek Barnett. Most people here are still mad at me for saying he'll only be a good NFL player and not elite.

Maybe so. But that only means he'll be great value for someone.

Antonio Callaway is a special football player. If he somehow drops out of the top 10 because of off-field issues them someone is gonna her a major steal cause he's the 3rd best player in this draft that is absolutely loaded at the very top.

More talented people than him have lost millions because of ignorance.

A RB isn't going #1 overall, and if Callaway is a top 5 pick, I'll give you one of my kids.

There's a better chance 3 QBs go in the top 5.

I wouldn't either but if Joe Mixon can beat the tar out of a drunk girl on camera and still get drafted, somebody will take a shot with Calloway. They might wait until the later rounds so they don't have to sink as much money into him but he'll get drafted.


Then he'll be flipping burgers in a couple years after he fails repeated drug tests and steals his coaches credit card.

Mixon's a good comparison in terms of the draft. Talent to be a first rounder but will slip to second/third based on making dumb off-the-field decisions.

NFL teams need to win, and they'll largely ignore his antics if he can help the rack up Ws.

I go by talent when ranking guys not position.

D4H, you get a lot of flack on here, and I see why...

But I just wanted to tell you thanks. I really appreciate you sharing you opinions about players. Most of us have an uneducated opinion, but I really do appreciate that you spend a lot of time studying. I feel if I spent the same amount of time studying then I would come to the same conclusions. Even the people that give you hell probably agree with many of your assessments. You do go very bold sometimes projecting a high schoolers NFL future

Well, I question whether Callaway is even the best WR on his own team, let alone the whole draft class.

He's good, but nowhere near as special as you're claiming.

The thing about Callaway is he has ability, not questioning that, infact I am not even looking at his off the field horror show. Its his football IQ that is in the pits. He is a fool on the field and for that he gets not love from bignewt.

Callaway is untouchable imo. Besides the off field stuff he is also an idiot on the field. He did his part for UT to break the streak
