How do you know this? When have we got concrete news that Butch wasn't giving Teague the time of day?

South Carolina worked him harder than us for a little while, but that's doesn't mean that we dragged ass on recruiting Teague either. Unlike SCar we were still figuring out our RB recruiting board; something we have more leeway to do than them.

I never said that Butch didn't give him the time of day. You guys go overboard in your criticism of my criticism. We dragged ass making him a priority. That's what I believe. SC didn't and they got out front. For whatever reason it happened, it was a mistake. Teague is a blue chip right down the dang road, at a program the staff should have enough connection with to have known how good he was. They're making him a priority now, they should have sooner. I'm sick of this stupid argument. I'm dropping it now. I was right this time, I don't care what any of you morans think :)

He is giving the Vols strong consideration. That's all that matters. If he is doing that, the coaches handled the situation well enough. Meanwhile they worked on other players. I don't understand why you insist this recruitment has been bungled. It seems to be working out and all we can ask is that the kid consider UT. He is doing that. Who you perceived to be ahead at Christmas 2016 is completely irrelevant.

Volatil, what does UT need to do or need to do differently to make up some ground with Teague? It appears the Vols are slipping here.

I think we are doing what we need. He said we are recruiting him harder now than anyone.

Should be interesting how this plays out. With the OL we have stock piled, why would any RB not want to go to UT?

Kirby using the church to recruit again...

He did this with JaCoby and it worked for awhile.
