4. Not sure where you’re getting “overstated” from...those are valid scholarships.
Correct. A walk-on going on scholarship does not mean that they are permanently on scholarship, only that year.VQ mentioned it the other day on their podcast. My understand is if you are under the 85 # you can temporarily handout scholarships to walkons for that 1 season. So I’m not certain all of those players are scholarship players this seasons. VQ didn’t say much, only that there was some flexibility with those.

Where’s the videos of the mothers who previously broke down crying that years of hard work have worked out in their babies having a free education? Works with the kid going into his senior year...not so much the most recent 4 who received theirs in their first two seasons. Not one single name. You also need to recognize that Beattie/Bruin originally stated those scholarships would only last one semester. He already seems to have walked that back. Why do you use the word “yanked”? I think it’s likely they were told this was a 1 year thing

Names...have any? Hubbs and Beattie don’t. Seth Gilliam received one at the beginning of his senior year...so did Alex Ellis. Nothing “nefarious” there. Saying a kid’s “on scholarship” his freshman year and putting out emotional happy happy joy joy celebration videos over something TEMPORARY? Kinda low rent stuff that’ll come back on you during recruiting. That’s why it hasn’t happened. If my kid just won 18k or so for college, I may cry too. You’re attempting to make this normal process seem nefarious. If you have spare scholarships and talented walkons, you reward them temporarily. Nothing wrong with it at all. Everyone wins
Thought we already confirmed this with @Takegame33 that Isaiah Montgomery was put on a Full-Scholarship for the rest of his time at Tennessee..... doesn’t that mean ol Bru Bear has already lost?
He’ll never concede. He lost as soon as his mother crowned.Thought we already confirmed this with @Takegame33 that Isaiah Montgomery was put on a Full-Scholarship for the rest of his time at Tennessee..... doesn’t that mean ol Bru Bear has already lost?
