Is it a side effect of donkeypox to not think before you speak? A fight breaks out and the teachers have no time to go to a safe and grab a damn gun to break it up. He would have to have it on his person for that to even enter the equation of both of your points and that’s not what ANY of us are saying. Every single post in favor of teachers being armed has it under their desks and in a safe

I'll bite. I assume you're claiming we could reduce the number of homicides in this country if we were to limit access to guns. If so, how do you explain the fact that white Americans have the best access to guns (better than all other ethnic groups and all other countries) and yet our homicide rate is on par with Europe and Canada?

Murderers don’t care about laws. Evil people will always find a way to commit evil acts with or without firearms.

There’s no such thing as a gun problem here in the US. That’s only a scare tactic the democrats want you to believe.

I've also been told they're mostly a white problem and that they're "increasing". These all tend to be lies when you look at the data.

So the question becomes are you being lied to? If these claims are real, why are they not reflected in the homicide rate?

Yes , you're correct. The heading says country so apparently this website thinks the Virgin Islands is a country.

Anyway, Looks more like it's 5-7 per 100k vs .2 in Japan, . 5 Nordic countries, etc.

Looks like you're cherry picking. It's around 1-3 in most of Europe and the white homicide rate in the US goes from around 1.2-2.2 depending on the year you look at.

So the question remains, are guns the problem? If so, why is our homicide rate about the same as the UK and Canada?

I think it's an economic and social thing made worse by guns.

Only one of us has data to back up our claims. Do you believe white Americans to be vastly wealthier than those of Canada or the UK?

More white people are on food stamps and other government aid than any other demographic. Yet they commit the minority of homicides. Why?
