'19 TN CB Woodi Washington

A DB haul of Washington, Fields and Otey would be outstanding.

With Pruitt it wouldn't surprise me if we will be in on some big DB prospects closer to NSD which aren't even on our radar. Think it would be great if we could get that Blades in juco for immidete help.

Woodi on commitment watch?

No, I don't think any of them really is. It's probably not that type of visit. Most of the coaches are out on the road, so they'll mostly be visiting with Pruitt. Sounds like it's just sort of a chance for Otey to finally get back to Tennessee to meet with Pruitt, and a chance for the other guys to join him because Rutherford County schools are closed tomorrow.

Awesome, having him and otey in on Morris day makes for such a tangible indicator of the direction of the program. Hope it helps them buy in a little bit.

i think it'll help them, and several others as well.

RB's like running behind guys like Trey smith, Morris, Lampley.....wright hopefully as well....QBs like lining up behind those guys. WR's like getting balls from QBS in clean pockets........defenses like defending a multiple TD lead.

ok, i'm getting carried away.:)

From the article Madworld linked

It was his third visit to Knoxville since Pruitt and staff took over the program. He said he enjoyed making the trip with Knox and Otey, including a photo shoot in Vols gear.

He also appreciated the one-on-one with Pruitt.

"He said he knows I'm a good player and I have great ball skills," Washington said. "He talked to me about toughness. He said I needed to work on my physicality a little bit, going in and working hard on every play, and about flying to the ball."
