I agree. He won't answer the question. A kid can be competitive and still be pre-madona (not saying he is). People are making assumptions based on what's being rumored, that he's willing to camp at OSU and others but thinks he's too good/takes offense that he's being asked to camp at UT. BB says those rumors are false. That suggest he knows differently. He either knows or he doesn't. I don't know anything about this kid and couldn't give two rat excrements if he comes here or not. I have confidence there are other athletes that are just as good that will want to be Vols and be willing to camp for the opportunity.
By allowing any kid to bypass certain requirements sets a bad example and part of the reason we are where we are today as a football program. IF it's true that he's willing to camp at other schools but thinks he should not be required to camp portrays a lack of respect for the program.
Maybe but yer still forming hypothetical judgment on unconfirmed rumors and assumed reasons. In yer example if he's just not as high on us as he is other schools and that is the assumed reason he doesn't want to camp, is that really lack of respect or just lack of interest and people just take it as lack of respect because he's instate? Would we assume he's disrespecting us or that he's afraid of competition if he was an Alabama or Georgia kid camping with them but not us? If you knew bb wouldn't answer and don't care if the kid comes here then yer purpose in asking those questions just seems like a way to instigate. Maybe it's not but with all the assumptions flying around that seems as likely as any other assumption. If that was not yer intent then I apologize. Just seemed that way.
