'19 TN QB Nathan Cisco

This kid hasn't yet played a down of highschool football for Indy and his measurable don't exactly jump off the page. Guess he's already done a considerable amount of camping? I know he's still awfully young, but I think I'll wait to see if he can actually play before post "WANT!!!"

I'm pretty sure I read in the tweet thread that we have offered. It had to be that thread but I'm not 100% sure on that either. I don't know why 247 hasn't updated saying we have offered.

I'm pretty sure I have this as the right guy I'm thinking of. I have been posting a lot of individual recruits on here lately but I don't think I'm mixed up on this one. Thanks!

Are players allowed to visit schools without an official scholarship offer? That's what I mean by we have offered him unless he can still visit without an offer from us. Thanks!

Nope. We've also offered Bo Nix from AL & Xavier Malone(also in-state from TN).

Nathan will be better than both, but I am his dad so I am biased.
