:lolabove: I hope not. But it's obvious that Hart already has a candidate he thinks is all but here and maybe a few backup picks. Going without a search firm is pretty indicative of an AD who has specific targets in mind.

That was a big red blinking sign to me and after the probation extension there is no way in hell petrino gets a sniff at this job and honestly petrino doesnt deserve the honor of being on any sideline in the S.E.C. he is a piece of dung beetle crap.

i hope your talking about Miss State right? no way in HELL that UGA fires Richt right now..they are having one of their best seasons in YEARS!! he would be FOOLISH to leave UGA now...and I dont see DD coaching another major program again for a LONG TIME!!

Regarding the comment about a coach that knows how to win in the SEC.

That could be anyone...Anyone that has been an associated with an SEC team. That's a HUGE list

I don't believe he said that the new coach had to have already been successful in the SEC. At around the 16 minute mark I thought he talked about needing to hire someone with head coaching experience and with success as a head coach that that was important to compete in the SEC. Sounded like he was ruling out coordinators, etc. At least that was my take will try to listen again.

Petrino also has a bit of a reputation for up and leaving teams when he's not wrecking his Harley and putting his mistress on the payroll. He's Lane Kiffin with actual skills.
