That could be anyone...Anyone that has been an associated with an SEC team. That's a HUGE list

It could also apply to anyone who values defense and just flat coach.

At around the 16 minute mark I thought he talked about needing to hire someone with head coaching experience and with success as a head coach that that was important to compete in the SEC. Sounded like he was ruling out coordinators, etc. At least that was my take will try to listen again.

That is how I understood his comment. The same as your assessment.
