#2 Ohio State vs Indiana 6pm ET ESPN

Off to bed. Been a very entertaining first half. Here's hoping the luck holds up. Go Hoosiers! Night, all.

Something has to give. 10pm halftime for a 8pm advertised kickoff. Games are getting longer and longer...

IU going all old school WAC offensively hasn't helped.

That's most of it. It takes the game clock longer to run down in games involving really pass-heavy teams, especially if they run an always-hurry-up and or no-huddle offense.

Either (1)the clock doesn't run down between plays because of so many incomplete passes (the ones for first downs don't help), (2) the offense is back on the line so quickly that there isn't a chance for most of game clock to run off between plays that gain positive yardage, or (3) you get almost no clock runoff from a lot of quick 3 and out drives (due to so many of them ending after just 3 incomplete passes).

When you watch a urban Meyer game it just makes me wish we had a guy with that type of mentality here. Even when the team doesn't play well they always have a chance to blow the score open because they just don't settle. If they're within 3 yards on 4th down they're going for it.
Butch is the complete opposite. When he finally does muster up the courage to go for it, it just feels like the players and coaches are all up tight...because uts so rare and forced for him to take a chance. As much as it's sucks, it's just a matter of time until we'll have to make a coaching change. You can win big and be afraid to take chances.

Go watch the 2015 Florida or 2013 Georgia games again and see if he doesn't/have taken chances and been aggressive.

If this game was being coached by cbj people would be burning mattresses by now, not giving him credit for having gone for it on 4th down against a team like IU when you're a 30 point favorite.

Pretty sure Urban settled for a field goal in the first quarter down by the goal line

Debord is dialing up the quick pass 4 yards behind the LOS, regardless of its lack of success.

IU has no other tricks up their sleeve... They're one dimensional... OSU can and has made adjustments, IU has no counter. OSU will run the ball, keep it away from IU, and pull out an ugly one.

Defensively, find a way to pressure the IU qb... And game over.

It may be my orange colored glasses on but I think we could beat OSU. They are good, but not great. They have a lot of things to fix before they run the table in the B10.
