Say what you will. This place is darker without D4H.

He has some knowledge of the game. The problem was always his schtick about not just being knowledgeable but some special talent evaluating savant. A bunch (according to him anyway) of the players mentioned here shouldn't merely be in the league but be perennial Pro Bowlers. Dobbs and Sutton were to be well on their way to HOF careers and shading the likes of Mahomes (who he actually undervalued ) and Jalen Ramsey (who he also undervalued). Actually Dobbs was supposed to be making NFL analysts act like teen girls at a Beiber concert by now.

If he can keep his completely debunked "smartest guy in the room" facade in check he's definitely worth having around.

D4H,
do you post your draft analysis anywhere else? I really enjoyed your work on that topic. Heck, I quit following the draft after I couldn’t find you posts.
Thanks

If nothing else, I’ve got to give D4H mad credit on his assessment of the 2018 QB draft class. He stated outright that year that Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson were by far the two best prospects, and so far he might be one of like 4 people in the known universe who correctly called that.

NFL Vols: Former Tennessee players on training camp rosters

QB Josh Dobbs (Browns)
QB Jarrett Guarantano (Cardinals)
RB Alvin Kamara (Saints)
RB John Kelly (Browns)
FB Jakob Johnson (Raiders)
WR Jauan Jennings (49ers)
WR Marquez Callaway (Saints)
WR Josh Malone (Titans)
WR Preston Williams (Dolphins)
WR Brandon Johnson (Broncos)
DE Darrell Taylor (Seahawks)
DE Derek Barnett (Eagles)
DE Jonathan Kongbo (Broncos)
DT Shy Tuttle (Saints)
DT Kahlil McKenzie (Ravens)
DT Kendal Vickers (Raiders)
LB Jalen Reeves-Maybin (Texans)
DB Cam Sutton (Steelers)
DB Emmanuel Moseley (49ers)
DB Micah Abernathy (Packers)

Does anyone else see who/what's missing from this list?

(Cue Final Jeopardy music)

NOT ONE offensive lineman.

Goes a LONG way to explain why the Vols struggled in '16 and collapsed in '17.
